A Th-U-V-REE occurrence located in the NW¼ sec. 26, T5S, R23E, SBM, 5.2 km (3.2 miles) SW of Black Point (coordinates of record), on Bureau of Land Management administered land (located claim). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. Also includes secs. 22 & 27.

Deposit involves a phlogopite-filled, thorite and monazite-bearing shear zone in granite. Local rocks include Precambrian granitic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Mojave Desert).

Workings include unspecified surface openings.
