A former Cu-Ag occurrence/mine located in sec. 23, T3N, R26E, SBM, 3.4 km (2.1 miles) SW of Black Meadow Landing and about 6.6 km NNE of Monument Peak, about 9 km NW of Parker Dam (town) and 3 miles W of the Colorado River. Operated during the period 1941 to 1942. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

There are 3 veins. Local rocks include Precambrian igneous and metamorphic rock complex and/or Tertiary nonmarine rocks, undivided.

Workings include underground openings with a length of 67.67 meters and an overall depth 27.74 meters and comprised of 91 foot shaft and 131 foot adit.

Production data are found in: Eric, J.H. (1948): 299.

High-grade ore was mined prior to 1890.
