A former W occurrence/mine located in sec. 30, T8N, R6W, SBM, 1.5 km (0.9 mile) NW of Silver Peak [2] (coordinates of record). Operated in 1938. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters. This property was being developed in 1952. No other information is available.
Mineralization is hosted in schist and granite. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
Workings include surface and underground openings with an overall depth of 12.19 meters and comprised of 3 open cuts and a 40 foot vertical shaft.
A few tons of ore were shipped from the dump. No figures are available.
