A W-Cu-Zn-Pb occurrence/prospect located in the NE¼NE¼NW¼ sec. 7, T15N, R14E, SBM, 1.4 km (0.9 mile) NNW of Striped Mountain (coordinates of record) and 3.5 km (2.2 miles) WSW of Kokoweef Peak (coordinates of record), along the northern margin of Striped Mountain (southern margin of Piute Valley), on federal reservation land (Mojave National Preserve/East Mojave National Scenic Area). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.
Local rocks include Devonian marine rocks, unit 1 (Death Valley).
