A former Pb-Ag occurrence/mine located in T25S, R45E, MDM, about 4.7 km (2.9 miles) ESE of the Slate Range (coordinates of record), along the eastern margin of the range, just S of the Inyo County line, on military reservation land (China Lake Naval Weapons Center). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 5,000 meters.
Local rocks include Plio-Pleistocene and Pliocene loosely consolidated deposits.
