A former W-Au-Pb-Zn-Ag mine located in the S½ sec. 9 and in the NW¼ sec. 16, T16S, R6E, SBM, 7 to 7½ miles NNW of Live Oak Springs, SW portion of the In-Ko-Pah Mountains.

Mineralization is hosted in schist.
