A Cu occurrence located in sec. 32, T12S, R3W, SBM, 4.1 km (2.6 miles) S of Lake San Marcos, 5½ miles N of Encinitas, and 4½ miles N of Rancho Santa Fe.
Mineralization is a 1.52 meter thick orebody hosted in metavolcanic rock. Local alteration includes seritization. Ore controls were a shear zone.
Workings included a vertical shaft, now inaccessible (probably no level workings).
