A crushed stone quarry located in sec. 21 & in the SW¼SE¼NW¼ sec. 22, T10S, R3W, MDM, 2.7 km (1.7 miles; 9,000 feet) WNW of Bonny Doon, straddling San Vicente Creek. Owned & operated by the Granite Construction Company, Watsonville, California (1981). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. Stone quarried for rip rap.
Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 1 (Salinian Block).
