A former lode Au mine located in sec. 32, T32N, R5W, MDM (coordinates estimated), 2.4 km (7,800 feet) SSE of Kett. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. The ore body strikes NE and dips 90 (vertically). 2 parallel veins occur on the property. The ore shoot is 200 feet x 15 inches. Gold is associated with sulphides. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 4 (Klamath Mountains and Northern Sierra Nevada).
Workings include underground openings comprised of 4 adits at 60 to 430 feet long, a 110 foot deep shaft, 600 feet of drifts and 160 foot stope.
