A Cu-Au-Ag-Fe occurrence/group of claims/prospect located in secs. 14 & 15, T34N, R3W, MDM, 1.1 km (3,400 feet) ENE of Bully Hill, on National Forest land. The property consists of 26 unpatented claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in rhyolite and shale. The ore body is lenticular in form. The footwall is shale and the hanging wall is rhyolite. Iron pyrite is the principal constituent of the ore body. Local rocks include Triassic marine rocks, unit 2 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include surface and underground openings with a length of 609.6 meters. Workings are from 2 tunnels, small lenses of ore were developed.
