A Au prospect located in sec. 4, T29N, R5W, MDM, 5.6 km (3.5 miles) SSW of Olinda, along Dry Creek. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
NOTE: Since this locality is stated to have been a dredge location, it is improbable that it was just a prospect. Pertinent topo map shows extensive areas of dredge tailings in the area, including up the course of Dry Creek.
Local rocks include Plio-Pleistocene and Pliocene loosely consolidated deposits.
