A former lode Au mine located in sec. 1, T30N, R8W and sec. 6, T30N, R7W, MDM, 8.4 km (5.2 miles) W of Ono, on the divide between Jerusalem Creek and North Fork Cottonwood Creek. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in hornblendite, schist, granite and porphyry. The ore body strikes N and dips vertically (90 degree), at a thickness of 1.22 meters. The footwall is hornblende schist and the hanging wall is granitic porphyry. The ore carries large percentages of sulphides. Local rocks include Schist of various types and ages, unit 7 (Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 530 foot adit, 300 feet of drifts, 1 stope amd an ore shoot 80 to 100 feet long.

Production was from a surface ore shoot in the 1890's. No production recorded.
