A crushed/broken stone deposit/operation located in sec. 19, T41N, R4W, MDM, on the slopes of Black Butte (summit), 1.2 km (3,900 feet) SE of Black Butte (town). Also located in the S½SW¼ sec. 20, and the N½NE¼ sec. 30, and the NW¼NW¼ sec. 31. NOTE: MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is a large deposit of andesite talus on the slopes of Black Butte (summit) (Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits).
