A Hg occurrence/claims/prospect located in secs. 25, 35 & 36, T6S, R5E, MDM, . Owner H. L. Spencer. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. Originally part of the Phoenix group. NOTE: Alternate coordinates provided (Red Acres): 37°22'34"N, 121°23'10"W.

Mineralization is hosted in Late Jurassic sandstone. The ore body is irregular in form, strikes NW and dips NE. Controls for ore emplacement included brecciation of the sandstone. Local rocks include rocks of the Franciscan melange.

Very small reserves.
