A Cu prospect located in secs. 16 & 36, T37N, R7W, MDM, 3.8 km (2.4 miles) NE of Manzanita Butte, on the divide between Cedar Creek and the East Fork Trinity River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is oxidized Cu hosted in serpentinite. The ore contains Cu carbonates, not otherwise specified. The ore is high grade. Local rocks include Carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of short adits and open cuts.
