A Pb-Ag-Zn occurrence/mine located in sec. 31, T17S, R31E, MDM, 1.3 km (0.8 mile) W of Hengst Peak (coordinates of record), and 5.9 km (3.6 miles) SW of Mineral King (in White Chief Canyon), on private (patented) land within a National Park Service area (Sequoia National Park). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in granite and limestone. The ore body is 2.44 meters thick (6 to 8 foot wide zone). The limestone belt is 100 to 200 feet thick, strikes N35W, with the SW walls being granite and the NE walls slate, which stand nearly vertical. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include surface and underground openings with an overall depth of 30.48 meters and comprised of a 100 foot deep shaft, 195 foot adit and open cuts.
