A former Mn mine located in sec. 11, T1S, R12E, MDM, 0.9 km (3,100 feet) SW of the Tulloch Dam, along the Stanislaus River, about half way between river miles 59 & 60 (about 1 mile W of the Lebrun Ranch on a steep, manzanita-covered slope). Discovered in 1918. Owned by F. E. Cummings (1974). MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.
Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).
