A former Cu-Au-Ag-W occurrence/deposit/mine located in secs. 21 & 28, T1N, R14E (MDM), about 2½ miles S of Jamestown, on private land. Operated in 1915. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in schist and serpentinite. The ore body is lenticular and has a thickness of 3.05 meters. Ore is comprised of oxides and sulfides of Cu. Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 2 (Western Sierra Nevada and Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 38.1 meters, and comprised of 1 shaft.

Production data are found in: Logan, C.A. (1928): 7.

12 tons of ore were shipped in 1915. This ore was extracted from a vein 1 foot wide. It assayed at 9% Cu and $2.50 (period values) per ton of Au & Ag.
