This small tin mine is located to the west of the Birch Tor and Vitifer mining complex at the Warren House Inn, Postbridge, Dartmoor, Devon, UK. This mine is immediately Northwest of the Mortonhampstead to Postbridge road commencing on the Eastern slopes of Water Hill. Little is recorded on the workings of this mine.

Dines records the mine as the Waterhill Mine, which together with the Bushdown Mine to the north-east, worked lodes bearing cassiterite and specular hematite, but that there are no records preserved.
