A Cu mine/occurrence located in sec. 8, T10S, R12E, about 1¾ miles just W of S from Owl Head Buttes, on private land.

Mineralization is hosted in Precambrian Pinal Schist and consists of disseminated and small veinlets of chalcocite going to chrysocolla.

Workings include 2 prospects, a shaft, and an 80 foot long adit.
