A Cu occurrence/prospect with surface workings located in secs. 7, T13S, R12E, on National Park land.

Mineralization is a contact metasomatic deposit hosted in andesite. Alteration includes propylitic. An associated rock unit is quartz monzonite. The ore contains masses of specular hematite (plus quartz ?) to 20-30 cm with included pieces of dark green chloritized (?) wallrock. Locally some limonite globs and Cu silicate and malachite are disseminated and on fractures.

Workings include a pit.
