A diamond mine, working two kimberlite pipes.

The deposit consists of four pipes that were discovered in the mid-1970s, soon after the discoveries of the Orapa and Letlhakane pipes.

The mine started production in 2001.

Only the two largest pipes, which are located close together, are presently mined. The other pipes, located at some distance, will be mined later.

The diamond grade of the pipes is much lower than that at Orapa but comparable to that at Letlhakane.

Located 17 km east of the Orapa mine.
