A former Hg mine located in sec. 5, T14S, R10E, MDM, 5.9 km (3.6 miles) NW of Mercey Hot Springs. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
NOTE: Both referenced MRDS database files use the primary name of "Merecy" for this mine. It is apparently a mis-spelling for "Mercey," and one MRDS file gives "Mercey" as an alternate name.
Local rocks include rocks of the Franciscan Complex, unit 1 (Coast Ranges).
Workings include unspecified underground openings.
