A former Au-Ag occurrenece/mine located in the SE¼ (estimated) sec. 20, T10N, R9E, MDM, 4.9 km (3.0 miles) W of Rescue and 4.7 km (2.9 miles) S of Mormon Hill (coordinates of record) (5 miles NW of Shingle Springs). The property comprises 2 unpatented claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. This claim(s) is/are overlain by the Skinner placer claim, which covers the entire quarter section, and may be held by the Skinners.

Mineralization is a vein deposit. Local rocks include Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).
