A former Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn mine located in sec. 33, T23N, R7E, SBM, 7.3 km (4.6 miles) WNW of Twelvemile Spring (Chicago Valley), and 9.3 km (5.8 miles) NNE of Shoshone, on Bureau of Land Management administered land (located claim). Owned by Fred and Karen Johnson and by Gary and Patty Mohn (100%), California (1985). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Cambrian marine rocks.

Workings include unspecified surface and underground openings. The zone of workings extends along the valley from the SE¼ sec. 29, T23N, R7E to the NW¼ sec. 3, T22N, R7E, SBM.
