A reported Au-Cr occurrence located in sec. 32, T15N, R12E, MDM, 3.2 km (2.0 miles) NE of Deadwood, on the W wall of Bear Wallow Basin, W side of the North Fork of Middle Fork American River, on private land within a National Forest area. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).

Workings include unspecified underground openings (the topo map reflects an adit symbol).
