Ref.: Ashley, R.P. (1974), Field Examination (Unnamed Pb-Zn-Cu prospect 98-14).

MRDS database Dep. ID file #10039758, MRDS ID #M050781.

A Pb-Zn-Cu occurrence/prospect with surface workings located in sec. 5, T14S, R12E.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with an ore zone 50 meters long and 60 cm to 1 meter wide, striking S60E and dipping 45N. Alteration is silicification. Ore control was the Silver Lily Dike.

It is comprised of silicified dike rock at the footwall side of the dike. The footwall side of one zone is argillite. The ore zone is shot through with anastamosing quartz stringers to several cm wide, with galena (generally near the center of a stringer), minor pyrite, and minor Cu silicate plus azurite (or chalcanthite?). Yellow-brown limonite patchy throughout the ore zone, suggesting whole zone may have had some pyrite before oxidation. On the dump is some white calcite vein material - calcite stringers cut quartz; also some breccia; quartz-cemented and veined, with galena, pyrite, and pale yellow-green to brown sphalerite. Galena is by far the most important sulfide here. Although the main shaft appears to be stoped, not certain if this is a mine or a prospect. Unknown if there was any production.

Workings include a shaft and surface stopes, several pits.
