Struskové haldy v údolí Vrchlice


Slag dumps are situated on the right bank of Vrchlice river valley 500m N of Poličany by Vrba mill (Vrbův mlýn).
The metallurgical works in Vrchlice river valley were active from the 15th to 18th century. The slag main mineral content is silicate glass, hematite and recrystallised quartz.
