A former small surface Au-Pb-Ag mine located in the NW ¼ sec. 26, T.14S., R.27E, approximately 3 miles NE of Dos Cabezas, on private land. Owned at times, or in part, by the Globe Mining and Smelting Co.; Equities, Inc.; Bean.
Mineralization is pyritic gold-quartz vein with minor lead in a fault fissure zone cutting pyrometamorphosed Cretaceous limy shale. The host rock unit is the Bisbee Group.
Local structures include Bisbee group shale faulted against Precambrian Rapakivi Quartz Monzonite immediately south. The fault trends E-W.
Workings include a shallow pit and open cut workings. Several hundred tons of ore were produced in the 1880's and a few tons in 1936-1937.
