A former lode Au occurrence/prospect located in the SE¼ (estimated) sec. 7, & in the SW¼ sec. 8, T10N, R9E, MDM, 2.1 km (1.3 miles) SW of Mormon Hill (coordinates of record), S of Cracker Creek and E of Martel Creek (2 miles NW of Pine Hill). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. Some additional claims extend into sec. 8.

Mineralization is a vein deposit. The ore body is 3.05 meters in thickness. The vein is 4 to 10 feet thick and was said to carry fair Au content for 110 feet. Local rocks include Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).

Workings include underground openings with a length of 45.72 meters and are comprised of a 150 foot adit.

A length of 200 feet on the Mitchell land, where the vein is widest, is claimed to give encouraging assays in surface openings. On the Wulff land, the vein is stated to carry a fair Au content for a length of 110 feet judging by assays and other test mentioned by Wulff.
