A Au occurrence/mine located in the SE¼ sec. 22, T3S, R18E, MDM, 6.0 km (3.7 miles) SE of Texas Hill (coordinates of record), along a tributary of Halls Gulch, on National Forest land. Operated by D. D. Martin. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).

Workings include underground openings comprised of several shafts, one at least 60 feet deep.

Worked intermittently by the owner.
