Comments:"Crystalline seams of apophyllite from the Cheshire trap rock quarry were identified by the greenish-white fluorescence of melted portions, under UV." Januzzi (1976).
As corroded, chalky white, rectangular prism microcrystals with pinacoid terminations.
Habit:rectangular prisms with square cross-section and pinacoidal terminations
