Comments:Dissakisite-(Ce) and allanite-(Ce) are found in vugs the dolomite. The crystals is rarely longer than 10-12 mm, but crystals up to 4-5 cm are known.

The relative abundance of these two chemically similar minerals is uncertain, and Hoshino et al. (2008) describe a specimen with zoned crystals. Allanite-(Ce) from here forms dark colored zones within transparent light colored dissakisite-(Ce) crystals.
