Gladite from
Jiama Cu-polymetallic deposit (Gyama Cu-polymetallic deposit; Jiamachikang Cu-polymetallic deposit), Maizhokunggar Co. (Mozhugongka Co.), Lhasa, Tibet, China

Locality type:Deposit
Classification
Species:Gladite
Formula:PbCuBi5S9
Comments:The authors mention gladite (in Chinese ζŸ±η‘«ι“‹ι“œι“…ηŸΏ) as occurring here in the English abstract of their paper, but the Chinese text refers to this mineral as η‘«ι“‹ι“œηŸΏ, which translates as wittichenite. This also agrees with papers by other authors: several of them report wittichenite, but none of them reports gladite.
Confirmation
Validity:Erroneously Reported
