NOTE:
The denominated "Chãs Mines" correspond to a large geographic area which covers the districts of Aveiro (Cabreiros parish, municipality of Arouca) and Viseu (Candal and Manhouce parishes, municipality of São Pedro do Sul).
These mines were now splited into three distinct localities where the most probable concessions are mentioned:
- Cabreiros
- Candal
- Manhouce
If any of your photos is displaced from the exact locality, first of all, thanks for your understanding and please edit and move them to the correct locality.
Padrão Mine was not considered in this new scenery because there are many minerals that were collected in this mine and apparently it is the most productive of all.
