A Cu prospect with underground workings located about 4 miles north of Mohawk by road, near the eastern foot of the Mohawk Mountains. Owned by Mr. W.G. Reed (1930).
Mineralization is a vein deposit with a linear ore body in granitic gneiss.
Workings include a vertical shaft sunk through the gravel and into the gneiss at least 70 feet deep (level of water now). No production record.
