A Au occurrence located in sec. 4, T35N, R11W, MDM, 4.2 km (2.6 miles) NE of Stoveleg Gap (coordinates of record), along Crumpy Gulch, a tributary of the East Branch East Fork North Fork Trinity River, on Bureau of Land Management wilderness land (Trinity Alps Wilderness). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

The ore body strikes S30E and dips 54E. It is lenticular and breccia filled and also irregular stockwork. Primary ore control was fracturing. Local rocks include schist of various types and ages, unit 7 (Klamath Mountains).

Workings include unspecified surface operations.
