Locality Help for Breitenbrunn Fluorite

Hello all, I recently purchased a piece of fluorite labeled to be from Brietenbrunn, Germany. There also appears to be a specific mine (Halde Mine) listed on the label, however I cannot find any information about it online. Does anyone have any information about the specific locality for this specimen or would be able to help me with a translation of the label? I've attached photos of the specimen and both sides of the label below.

English for "halde" is heap -- spoil heap or mine dump.
