Identity HelpCrystals Inside?

Found this large rock in a field near my house. I can see what looks to be a smoky quartz like crystal on the outside. If I were to break this open would it be like a geode on the inside or would it most likely be solid? Thank you!

An idea of how big this rock is

Hi Lindsey,

Pick it up. If its a geode it should feel light for it size.

FWIW (not much), it does not look like a geode to me. Hammer and wedge job then :-)

I was thinking it should be light but what if the hollow area is pretty small compared to the outer "crust" ?

how deep is the hole?

can you put a whole toothpick down the hole?

to me it looks like what you see is all you get.
