"Pinzgauer gems", "the food of the dinosaurs?" and the "GeoKoffer" on the 44th. int. Stuttgart autumn fair Fellbacher Schwabenlandhalle.



The term "Pinzgau" can smack not only skiing and hiking fans with the tongue, but also and especially minerals and friends. In the land of the Austrian Alps radiators have recovered crystalline treasures in a class - breathtaking discoveries of the past decades are at the special show of the 44th Stuttgart International Autumn Show for Minerals, Fossils and Precious Stones on Saturday and Sunday 18 and 19 October 2014, in the Schwabenlandhalle Fellbach marvel.


Those who visit the region in the province of Salzburg, "stumbles" over several famous sites. Be it Rauris, Krimml, Untersulzbachtal - there is hardly a collection that did not turn up these names. Especially the variety striking: Emeralds from the Habachtal stand alongside classics such as rock crystal and titanite, sky blue strontianite and Fluorite next ores from the ancient mining area Schwarzleo. The exhibits breathe the spirit of the Alpine "Stoasucher" who move with passion and perseverance over and over again in the mountains. The sight of the exhibits makes clear what drives the spotlight - and what happiness it must be after a hard climb and tough work to pull a crystal from the clay. These visual stimuli are accompanied by acoustic yet, if alphorn players play in the Schwabenlandhalle.
