Fleischers and Webmineral list it as (Ca,K,Ba)2 (V5+, V4+)8 O 20 . 3 H2O

We list it as (Ca,K,Ba) V8 O 20 . 3 H2O, as do Athena Mineralogy and the Handbook of Mineralogy

So who's right? The Handbook of Mineralogy or Fleischers?

Handbook is. The original article abstracted in the Am Min as well as a subsequent article 5 years later both have a single atom for (Ca,K,Ba). There appears to be some substitution at that site with some of the water, but it seems like it is close to 1 (it was 1.14 in the type material).
