Oxford County Gem and Mineral Show. July 8 and 9 at Telstar High School in beautiful Bethel, Maine. Hours are 9-4 both days. Displays, 18 dealers, some local miners, great silent auction. More. Admission is $3 for people over 12. Kids get in free. Hourly door prizes. Grand door prize is a nicely faceted Smokey Quartz set in sterling from Hale's Location, NH, cut by Bob Prouty of Northeast Gems in Fryeburgh, Maine For more, or Show Chair Dennis Gross at1-207-665-2759, email: This is our 56th show, so we are finally learning how to run it. And Western Maine is really a great place to be in July.
