Lost and Stolen Specimenssmall collection stolen

3rd Jun 2018 16:30 BSTRoscoe Roscoeson

This may be too little, too late. I had a small collection stolen that was being kept in Santa Rosa, Ca. The two most identifiable pieces are a cabinet-sized cluster collected from Kingston Peak in San Bernadino Co., Ca, and a 3-4" diameter perfectly polished rutilated sphere from Ibitiara, Bahia, Brazil. The collection also has several included-quartz pieces from Presidente Kubichek, Minas Gerais, Brazil, along with a few very nice smokies from Pino Grande, Ca. The collection was taken by the person holding it for me and probably sold off in the Santa Rosa, Ca area in the last 3-4 years when I was out of the country. It has a HUGE sentimental value to me for I collected most of it myself. If you know anything about it, please contact me immediately. I am older and on a small pension, so any reward wouldn't be huge. I'm just hoping someone see's this. There has been a police report on this out for 3 years, but nothing has turned up. Thank you!!!!!

Hi Roscoe, I too am in the bay area, Vallejo. I follow minerals for sale on Craigslist, Facebook, etc., and it would help if you had some photos. Best of luck to you, Peggy S.
