GeneralGoing to Japan

20th Sep 2018 14:39 BSTSteve Stuart Expert

My wife and I are vacationing in Japan for two weeks, leaving Sept 25 and returning Oct 10. We have six days in Tokyo, Sept 26th through Oct 2, and six days in Kyoto, Oct 3 through Oct 8th. Any shops, dealers, show or museums I should visit while we are in these cities? Thanks!

Hi Steve! I live about 3 hours south of Kyoto. I would love to meet up with you there.

Are you aware that there will be a gem/fossil/mineral show at the Miyakomesse Exhibition and Trade Center in Kyoto City from October 6th to the 8th? It'll be open from 10 to 6pm everyday except for Monday when it will be open from 10 to 4pm.

The address is: 9-1 Okazaki Seishojicho, Sakyo Ward, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture 606-8343

I hope to see you there!
