GeneralAssay item?

12th Jun 2019 00:33 BSTAndrew Debnam

Hello, This item was found on an old mine dump in the Cobalt area. It was found with some items related to assaying such as crucibles. The piece is about 5cm x 3cm x 1cm thick. It seems to have specific gravity and melting point data. A company name Gould?

any ideas as to its use

Thanks Alex, the item is not in my possession but I will ask the owner. The signal it gave on the detector as I recall was quite conductive.
