Is there a reason why iowaite is not listed as a type-species for the state of Iowa? See https://www.mindat.org/loc-24156.html

Hi. The link you've placed leads to the Iowa Co. of Wisconsin. The TL is set to "Unnamed drill core" within Iowa: https://www.mindat.org/loc-31433.html

Cheers,

Luke

!! I should brush up on my USA geography. Thanks for drawing my attention to that. I searched for Iowa using the advanced search locality option and Iowa Co. Wisconsin was the first landing page that first appeared. I should have checked this properly before clicking on it.

Regards,

Bruce
