GeneralEditing locality information

Hi,

I need help changing some locality information at https://www.mindat.org/loc-5491.html

Currently the situation is:

Evje og Hornnes

----------------------Åvesland

-------------------------------Åvesland 1

-------------------------------Åvesland 2

-------------------------------Åvesland 3

----------------------Flatebygd

----------------- -------------Einerkilen

I need to delete "Flatebygd", rename "Einerkilen" into "Åvesland 4", and move "Åvesland 4" to "Åvesland". And obviously the alternative name "Einerkilen" will be included in the locality information.

Can anybody help me out?

Regards,

Ron Werner

Evje, Norway

Change Einerkilen locality to Åvesland 4, Åvesland, Evje og Hornnes

Change Flatebygd locality to Åvesland 4, Åvesland, Evje og Hornnes

We do not delete localities, but merge them. Managers will then run the program to mere the two "$" localities (it may need to be cleaned up after the merge.
OK, thanks. Who intruduced Flatebygd as area name I don't know, but it is incorrect.

I followed your instructions, but do not yet see any changes. How long before these are implemented?

Merged the two locations. The other changes just required clearing the caches.

I think Einerkilen should be part of the localitystring, as probably 100% (outside Fennefoss museum) all lables from this locality will have Einerkilen, and not Åvesland 4 as primary locality. Most literature references would also use the name Einerkilen for this locality.
