Collectors Edge Made a reference to a new mine they are working in Alma Colorado called the Detroit City Mine.
The reference was made on their Instagram page, and basically said they hope to hit a productive zone soon.
Just wondering if there is any more information known about this.
I live near there, and would love to see some new production.
Thanks,
Adam Kelly

P.S. I tried to post this under the localities page but was having trouble starting a new topic.

I heard down the grapevine that someone found a good sulfide vein near the old Sweet Home Mine, and they expect to dig this in 2018. It was from a reliable source/friend of whom has helped dig at Sweet Home Mine in the past. He did not mention Detroit City Mine though and didn't say anything other than he plans on mining Mt. Bross and did not mention Collectors Edge either.

Just an FYI to people who wish to visit, this is still a patented claim up there and there is no trespassing. And the dumps will be part of the no trespassing...

I read somewhere that Collector's Edge had started the Detroit City Mine, and that it was somehow connected/very closely related to the Sweet Home. Be danged if I can remember where I saw that though (thought it was in a thread on Mindat recently (the past week)).
