Hi

The whole Wyborg batholit https://www.mindat.org/lsearch.php?from=nsearch&loc=wyborg%2Bbatholit should be removed.

All the localities are in Finland not in Russia.

https://www.mindat.org/loc-68843.html could be changed to Outcrop of even-grained granite, Pyhtää, Southern Finland, Finland.

This really fits into the profile of a locality that should be a nonhierarchial locality (a geological defined area that crosses several political hierarchies).

These need to have a map created that outlines the area of the geological interest. Until I can get around to this, I've parked the localities in Kouvola.

Hi David

All the Mindat localities of Wyborg batholith (Viipurin batoliitti in Finnish) are in Finland, none of them is in Russia.

Most of the batholith is in Finland. The whole batholith was in Finland before WW II. In Finland the localities are in normal Mindat hierarhy (also the changed occurrences are in right localities).

https://www.mindat.org/loc-68846.html coulbe changed to Pyterlite outcrop, Kotka, Southern Find, Finland.

Hi David

I have added all the Wyborg batholith sites in their proper Mindat hierarhy localities, so could you remove the Wyborg batholith, Kouvola, Southern Finland, Finland, please.
