I checked the WorldCat.org website and the title you mentioned is supposedly available at Rutgers University in the Special Collections and also at the Camden County Library 2nd Floor Reference in Voorhees, NJ.

Bryan, I figured Eric had it but unless he is selling it or amenable to scanning it for me, that looks like a dead end.
